Under United Kingdom Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of goods within seven days of delivery. Should you choose to cancel your order you can return the goods, at your own expense and receive a full refund of the cost of the goods. If you prefer the goods can be collected from you with a deduction being made from your refund to cover the full cost of collection.
Once items have entered the delivery process you will not be able to cancel the contract for any services that have been provided by Scotch Corner Limited, such as gift-wrapping. As soon as we receive notification from you that an order is to be cancelled we will refund the relevant parts of your order.
Notification of faulty goods should be made within seven days of the goods being received. All goods supplied by us are subject to manufacturing tolerances and are warranted as being suitable for the purpose for which they are designed, under fair conditions. Under this warranty we will replace, repair or issue credit against goods acknowledged by us to be faulty, providing such faults have not be caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods. Where goods are found to be faulty the cost of the goods and postage will be refunded.
Inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, keep the original shipping carton, promptly contact the shipping company for a damage inspection report and request that the shipping company return the merchandise. Under these circumstances, do not return the merchandise yourself.
All goods returned are at the sender's expense. A refund of shipping costs will only be considered if the return is a result of our error.
If you do need to return any goods, please remember to wrap the package securely as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement on goods which are damaged during return transit, and send it to:

Marking your parcel clearly as "Returned Goods"
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot offer refund or replacement for any goods that are lost in return shipment to Scotch Corner Limited.
Please Note: We cannot provide a refund or replace any personalised goods or any items made specifically to fulfil your order, for example kilts and wedding rings. Therefore, when ordering items which will be made or tailored to your requirements, please ensure that you provide all of the information requested on the website and ensure that the information you give is correct and accurate. In line with our general policy, Scotch Corner Limited will consider refund or replacement of goods if the return is as a result of an error by Scotch Corner. If there is a fault with goods supplied then the procedure detailed in point 3 applies.
All disputes will be settled under Scottish Law.
